Our work starts with assessing the students and we continuously measure and adjust our efforts. Our work is thus fully data and evidence driven.
1) One important thing in our practice is preparing a road map or a plan for each of our student who joins our practice. These assessments would give us a direction to design, develop and implement a plan
2) Planned targets and all goal-setting would then be based on data and evidence
3) At the formative stages (8th-10th grade) this would give us indication on courses that could be possibly pursued, the curriculum that can be handled (IB or A level is not every ones choices)
4) In later years by 11th it should give us the levels of intensity one can handle – AP exams, honours exams, internships, summer program etc.
